I believe most organizational problems are not failures of intelligence, but failures of shared understanding.

Teams often struggle not because people are unwilling or incapable, but because complexity becomes fragmented across silos, language, priorities, and systems.

My work focuses on helping people collaboratively see, navigate, respond, and play with that complexity together.

I combine systems thinking, facilitation, organizational transformation, and visual communication to help leaders and teams align around shared understanding, navigate change, and design more adaptive ways of working.

I specialize in product mindset transformation, collaborative operating models, workshop facilitation, organizational design, and visual sensemaking.

I'm based in coastal New England, with a preference for in-person work and I can available anywhere via travel or the internet.
