Visual Sensemaking
Your conversation is already full of insight. The problem is it's invisible — scattered across sticky notes, slides, and the heads of many people who all heard something slightly different.
I make it visible.

What I do
In real time, as your team talks, I listen and draw — synthesizing the conversation into a large-scale visual map. Drawings, diagrams, metaphors, systems maps, structured layouts. Not a transcript. Not a summary deck. A picture of how your thinking actually works, built live, in the room.
The result: when the session ends, everyone walks out looking at the same thing. That shared picture is surprisingly powerful.

Three ways I work
Live graphic recording — I capture your event or meeting as it happens. On a large wall, projected screen, or digital canvas. The map builds in real time and becomes a record your team can actually use.
Visual facilitation — I'm not just capturing, I'm helping you think. Visuals become tools for the group — frameworks we build together, maps we navigate, pictures that move the conversation forward.
Strategic visualization — After deep listening and synthesis work, I turn complex organizational systems into visual models. This is the closest thing to what I love most: making invisible systems legible.
Good for
Innovation workshops, design sprints, strategy sessions, customer journey mapping, leadership offsites, futures thinking, org change work, conference keynotes. Any moment where a room full of smart people needs to think together and see what they're building.
What this isn't
It's not decoration. It's not "someone who draws while you talk."
The listening and thinking matters more than the drawing. What makes this useful — in a design sprint or a transformation initiative — is synthesis: finding the pattern underneath the conversation, the structure underneath the complexity, the picture that makes everyone go oh, that's what we've been trying to say.
I help organizations see what they already know and surface what might be.
I'd love to know more about your team and how we can make something together.
