Over 25 years I've directed studios, managed complex work for Fortune 100s, co-founded a global online school, and spent seven years inside a large enterprise coaching teams through genuinely hard problems.   • Directed art teams on AAA titles including Lord of the Rings Online and Game of Thrones: Conquest — full-time staff, contractors, and outside vendors.
  • Reduced production bottlenecks by 50% through process redesign and custom tooling.
  • Identified gaps in asset coverage, wrote business cases, secured executive approval, and shipped solution.

Manager of Animation | Sony Computer Entertainment America 1999 – 2007

  • Built and managed the animation pipeline for 40+ PlayStation titles; coordinated across dozens of internal teams, vendors, and E3 special events.
